Orlando is a modular seating system, designed for the company Derlot Editions for use in airports. It is innovative in its use of material and shapes, that allow for an endless combination of compositions.

Promoting both privacy and familiarity.

Sketches from the process phase of the project. Here I try dimensions and proportions.

The six end-pieces that can be attatched in a big number of combinations.

The main materials I wanted to use for this design are: walnut, ash and cotton

These are renders made in Rhino showing different compositions of the system. With the total amount of modules and adaptions, the possibilities and compositions are near endless.
